Does Catholic Church teach that humans are superior to all other creations on Earth? or does Catholic Church teach that each creation is equally precious and that not one type of creation is better than the other?

In Genesis, God told Adam and Eve to have dominion over Earth; but God may have said it because that was the role that is suitable for human beings. More I study science, more I become aware that even though the God assigns different roles to each creation based on their capabilities, each of those roles are equally important. Body cannot see surroundings if the body only has eyes and not brain; and if body doesn't have eyes and only brain, the consequence is the same. Just as brain and eyes are equally important for us to see the surroundings, I feel that each creation that lives on this Earth is equally important.

Come to think of it, not one creation is absolutely better than the other. For example, humans are more intelligent than the birds, but birds are better than human in flying - it takes much more effort for human to fly whereas for birds, it comes much more easily (and they fly more perfectly than humans since humans by nature are not built for flying). If one creation is not absolutely better than the other, then each creation is of equal dignity.
