I am just going to cut to the chase. I was raised as Catholic, and over time began to not be a fan of many of the practices that were held in the Catholic Church and separated myself from it. I still maintain my Christian beliefs and know wholeheartedly that Jesus is my savior, I pray and believe I have conversations with Jesus. However, controversially, I believe that as long as a person is just, they can enter the kingdom of heaven. It is just incredibly hard for me to accept that nonbelievers who are practically born into other religions with very little wiggle room for change must have the eternal punishment in hell. I understand that this is against popular view, but I am solely here to ask and seek an answer to the following question:

Are there any denominations in Christianity that believe that one can get to heaven without actually being a Christian?

Since I am not too inclined on being a part Catholic Church, I would like to find another denomination/community I can be a part to better grow in faith.
