I don't understand the concept of God in Christianity. As of what I know, there is God, Son of God and Holy Sprit which means 3 Gods ?

So in Christianity, there is One (True God) or three gods instead ? If there are three gods, what is the role of each one ? And who was the original God I mean original father of Son of God?
