To add scope, you could perhaps provide some scriptures that support your claim: God's frequent intent through scripture to show how fallen we all are without Christ and detail which churches teach that non-believers can't do good. Some churches teach that there were times in history when there were non-believers who were more righteous than those who professed to be christian.
