How do Catholic, Baptist and Pentecostal denominations justify following teachers?
Heb 8:11 is not for the future. This IS the New Covenant, and that NC is for now. The reason it is delayed is religion taking over and stunting-to-denying Christ's goal: Joel 1, which is a future prophecy (v15) rebuking the elders for failing to "bring in the crop" - all analogies defined elsewhere in scripture to prove that.

Are the numbers in the Book of Revelation symbolic?
@PaulChernoch, that's precisely the point. Not all prophetic revelation was disclosed at the time it was written. "It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves but you", 1 Pt 1:12 & more. e.g. "THEN they will know I am the Lord" x10 times in scripture & more. In addition, revelation is distributed amongst the Body throughout the world, no one ministry has it all (e.g. Eph 4:8, one gift is prophetic revelation). Today, we see convergence of much of scripture, though. Numerous things have been revealed which were concealed throughout the church age.

General, albeit serious and well written reference for an introduction to Protestantism
that is correct, Ray Butterworth. The falling apart started circa 1991 with Joseph Tkach introducing the New Covenant. By 1995, most of WCG was in splinter groups. e.g. United Church of God (ucg.org), Philadelphia Church of God (Flurry), Bob Thiel came out of it (cogwriter.com) & numerous others. Side point, Herbert Armstrong wasn't the originator of many of his claims e.g. British-Israelism, Sabbath identifies the true church & more.

FTR, Meredith splintered out of the Worldwide Church of God under Jos Tkach after Herbert Armstrong died in 1986. WCG still had many Protestant practices mixed with Old Testament/Covenant legalism, e.g. Sabbath and Lev 23 Holy Days were essential-for-salvation and identifying the true church. They practiced three tithes per Leviticus. But, WCG also had a clergy-laity system after Protestantism (generally accepting only their own college in East, TX ordinations), a strong liturgy centered on a single person sermon & more. WCG fell apart in the early 90s debating New Covenant adoption.

Has any Christian philosopher ever argued that naturalism can be shown to be false?
I'm curious why the resurrection itself wouldn't prove naturalism is false. And, if so, why it takes a philosopher to argue naturalism is false. (I hope I don't get down voted for asking. It's an honest question to learn from reading the board).

@steveown, the future is a context, but so is the present, e.g. Gal 4:19. Also note the "House of Israel" and "House of Judah" are separately identified in Jer 31:31.

If flour seems to be accepted as sin offering/atonement, then why is blood needed?
@curiousdannii, I addressed that is it not needed in this case and a scripture reference why. Your comment about allegorical above has merit to which I would reply (I thought a reason for the board).
