This question already has an answer here:

When a person has been saved, baptized and practiced their faith for many years and then a circumstance occurs that seems to steer them away from their practices and beliefs, there arises a question as to whether or not one's "salvation" is still effective. Some traditions teach that you cannot lose you salvation under any circumstance, others that you can.

What is the biblical support for each?
