Some Christian traditions believe the Bible to be inspired to varying degrees (some believe that the human authors hands were guided by the Holy Spirit and others that the knowlege just appeared in their heads and others that it was built out of oral traditions that coalesced. You might want to ask "what explanations have been given for how we know so much about the Nativity" rather than "how do we know so much". | |
