@AndrewLeach: You mentioned crozier will be used "facing backwards" . But few months back in Fr.Z's blog I read that the rule book says “Always with the (top) part (_of the crozier_) turned away from himself, namely, turned toward the people or things which he is looking at.” That “always” means that this applies to any sort of bishop anywhere. So which is correct?
