comment Is there a significant difference between salvation by faith with works and salvation by faith and works?
The logic says of the above excerpt that Faith is included in Works. This is in line with Paul's vision of salvation (Romans 2:14-29). Therefore none of the two diagrams is true in my oppinion. Moreover, as an orthodox I am reluctant to preach. I can give pointers but I will never say that I have the supreme truth (what if I am possessed and I say blasphemies). This is why I gave pointers - this is for the other to discover more and ask the wise ones, not me.

See here some explanation: fatheralexander.org/booklets/english/history_timothy_ware_2.htm en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hesychasm There is a lot of literature on the subject but it is mostly written in greek or russian. I will look for some translated titles.
