Ironically I agree with this answer even though I suspect we disagree about the existence of miracles. As would you mind offering some evidence of your answer? It's hard to tell if it has any basis in Christianity. (To be fair, the question is sub-par.)

comment What is the Roman Catholic position on the validity of the marriage between an infertile man and infertile woman?
@Anonymous: Isn't this version of the question a duplicate of How does a Roman Catholic reconcile a preference for purely procreative sex with the Song of Solomon?

comment Does the Evangelical Free Church allow women elders?
I'm starting to wonder if the policy for elders and deacons is left to the local congregation. It's certainly strange that the denomination website is so reticent about the issue.

Interesting. However, I wonder why you are asking for his biblical reasons. Perhaps he had socio-economic reasons? If the answer turns out to be practical or non-biblical how should one answer?

comment What does messiah literally mean in the Bible?
You might consider asking about this passage: "And Jesus went on with his disciples to the villages of Caesarea Philippi. And on the way he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that I am?” And they told him, “John the Baptist; and others say, Elijah; and others, one of the prophets.” And he asked them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter answered him, “You are the Christ.” And he strictly charged them to tell no one about him." (Mark 8:27-30 ESV)

That's not context. The Bible is a bunch of books collected in one place. Many of the books have different authors. Each author uses language in unique ways. Even within a book, words are used differently. Context can be as little as a few words.

comment What should I expect at a Roman Catholic funeral?
I'm reminded of something I heard while helping out with my son's Sunday School class yesterday: trials are a gift from God. I can't imagine what it would be like to lose a brother at that age.
