@Caleb This question is about how the Psalm should be read for presentation, not really the intricacies of the meaning of the word. I think that means it goes here, but I'm not sure how to tweak it. You're welcome to have a go if you've got ideas.

@DavidMorton We certainly don't use the term. I also think we should say "fulfilled" rather than "replaced".

@AffableGeek I'm not entirely sure. It seems to be used willy nilly by those who claim the Bible requires supporting modern Israel against critics. The point of my question is trying to narrow down what the term actually means.
