I'm a computer programmer who just graduated. I attend a Presbyterian (PCA) church, and have deep Calvinist theological beliefs. I enjoy talking theology with my friends, especially on the issue of baptism. I sometimes write for Christianity.SE's Eschewmenical blog.

comment Does the Bible say anything about our human relations being kept after death?
I don't have the reference at hand, but in a John. Piper sermon I recently listened to (speaking on the subject of marriage), he stated that though he would not be "married" to his wife in heaven, he believed there would be a different relationship with her in heaven than he would have with other believers.

comment What is meant by “love covers over a multitude of sins”?
@RSW - I think his point was probably along the lines of practicing a careful calculus with God's leading.

comment Do Mainline Presbyterians oppose Satisfaction Theory? Is this why “In Christ Alone” was rejected for their Hymnal?
My (PCA) church sings it often, as do other PCA churches I know of. Certainly not Presbyterians in general

comment Does every denomination / sect have a catechism?
Catechisms are generally summaries of confessions of faith/doctine. Also they are generally old - usually several hundred years (there are, of course, exceptions). More recent denominations are less likely to have them, and some denominations simply have a confession of faith/doctrine

comment What happened to the resurrected after death?
I have heard arguments that would lean this way as well - that due to the difference in perceived time between earth and heaven, that the soul does not see any gap in time until the resurrection, though it is not yet in heaven. But I haven't studied this enough to understand it (indeed, I likely never will)

comment Is it possible not to be contented in heaven?
As Ignatius notes in his answer, those who would feel differently are not the ones who are going to be in heaven to begin with. That is, everyone there will be drawn irresistibly to joy in worship, because (though they have free will), the ones who would not feel that way are those that are not in heaven

comment Which denominations follow prosperity theology?
@Waeshael - Christians (for the purpose of this definition, it would be the same as the site definition I think - any who claim to be Christians)
