comment According to LDS (Mormon) teaching, who was the first God who began the eternal progression?
@Mason, you really ought to add references to this answer. The suggested edit I linked to above has several. Otherwise, this might get deleted later.

comment German Bible translation like NKJV, ESV, NASB.. etc
Bible Gateway has five different German versions available, so you can use that to compare translations. For example: John 1:1. In that example, I compared different language translations, but you can do it with two or more different German translations too.

I went ahead and closed this question, but I too would like to see this edited to align with current site guidelines. If and when you do, it'll show up in the reopen queue and may be reopened.

comment Is an adulterous priest still a priest?
It seems to me like you need to explain yourself more clearly, at the very least. It would also help to have a couple citations for the other claims you make, such as "This position was condemned by a few Catholic councils..." That may be why the single Wikipedia source isn't enough.

comment To a Wesleyan, what is marriage?
@curiousdannii: Perhaps. I'm not sure either, but I feel like Protestantism is too broad. Hence why I made the note at the beginning that I would allow Methodist and other similar perspectives.

comment To a Wesleyan, what is marriage?
@curiousdannii: "extramarital" means "outside of marriage". If a common-law marriage does not count as a marriage, then there cannot be any extramarital sex. Or, depending on your interpretation, the couple would be having extramarital sex all the time.
