comment When were the angels created?
True, "heaven" has multiple possible meanings; however, even if Ex. 20:11 doesn't include angels, they must be included in John 1:3's "all things". I will edit to clarify my "space-time" comment (I didn't originally because I felt that it was a minor point).

+1 for connecting the "fluidity" of the 12 tribes with the 12 apostles; that's an interesting parallel I've never before seen. Also, welcome to Christianity.StackExchange!

@AffableGeek You should make that a question itself; I've actually never come across the view that Judas was forgiven.

Good point. I guess because Christ says "twelve tribes of Israel" instead of just "Israel" I always assumed each would be assigned to a tribe.

comment Which of Luther's 95 Theses are still potentially valid critiques of Roman Catholicism?
In the last sentence @PeterTurner is referring to Luther's 23rd thesis, which says very few have a complete detachment from sin.

comment Has any Christian group believed that people must never be killed because of their religious beliefs?
Side note: 21 people were executed during the Salem Witch Trials, while at least 40,000 people were executed in Europe for the crime from 1450-1750. I think it's a little unfair that this relatively minor episode is so often used to define the Puritans. (Here is an article which goes into a little more detail.)
