comment What does the Bible say about praying too much?
@DexterHuinda I am clearly not being clear. The rosary, prayed properly is not repetitious. Are you familiar with for example focusing on breathing for meditation? That is what the part that may be mistaken as repetitious is. It is just a focusing aid.

@DexterHuinda As I understand it the repitition is a focusing aid, the real prayer is the meditation - or should be.

@DexterHuinda The rosary is meant to be a form of meditation, when you say it you are meant to reflect on the mysteries.

comment Is the term *Kyrie Eleison* Latin or Greek?
+1 It took me a while to figure out why this was so different to Miserere Nobis (used during the Communion rite)

comment What denomination uses church pews that face each other?
Yes, I have seen both in Roman Catholic churches. Not facing each other too often, but I have seen it.

comment According to Roman Catholic orthodoxy, is Jesus Christ a human person, a divine person, both, or none?
That paragraph states that Jesus is true God and true man. I would interpret that as both human and divine. I would read the part in bold as explaining that the two natures are inseparable.

comment Can a Roman Catholic be re-catechized and re-confirmed?
Another option may be a cathechism course. My parish is currently running one. You may look and see if there is something similar in yours.

comment How did the wise men (Magi) know the country where the new king was born?
If they knew that verse I would expect that they would go to Bethlehem, rather than Jeruselum.
