Did Jesus need to die, or would mere shedding of blood have been sufficient? I think it may to do with the fact that Jesus as God could have saved us any way he wanted. Since any action of God would have infinite value. The fact that Jesus chose to die on the cross for us shows us how much He really loves us and clearly demonstrates how horrible sin is. |
