This isn't a question. It's a dissertation. Care to edit for length so I might actually want to read it?

comment How have Christian theologians historically reconciled the idea of creation ex-nihlo with the creation account?
@Jas3.1: You are asking for "well-referenced" opinions of "respected theologians." That's not the opposite of opinions. To not be opinion-based (by our site guidelines) you must specify a specific faith tradition/denomination.

Welcome to our community. We don't do opinions here. Take a look at How we are different from other sites.

I don't understand at all what you are asking. Can you clarify? When editing your question, assume we don't have any background information to go on, so explain as much as possible.

revised What's the Biblical basis for “all Christians will be together in heaven some day”?
Improve punctuation, remove off-topic request for lists of answers. Infer that OP is requesting a protestant answer since he requests answers from the 66-book canon.

comment Why did Daniel feel the need to pray towards Jerusalem, even at the cost of his own life?
Note that Chapters 1-6's authorship is not generally attributed to Daniel. See here.

comment How have Christian theologians historically reconciled the idea of creation ex-nihlo with the creation account?
This needs a doctrinal framework to be answered. As worded it is asking for opinions/speculation.

An answer should provide an actual answer to the question, not just links. Can you summarize the answer (presumably) provided by the linked articles?

comment Do any Protestant denominations practice meditative or contemplative prayer?
This doesn't answer the question, which is about denominations. Your answer provides an example of a single individual.

comment Does God have a “soul”?
I think this question is too broad, for two primary reasons. 1) The definition of "soul" is not universally agreed upon, so the answer to this question will depend on which definition you choose. 2) Different denominations or doctrines may have different views on this issue. Therefore, to make this question on-topic, I believe you must, at minimum, specify which doctrinal framework you care about (and that may implicitly provide the also necessary definition of "soul").
