comment Why do some Protestants divide the Blood of Christ into individual cups?
It's 'unscriptural' only in the same sense that wearing pants is unscriptural - i.e. they tended not to do it two thousand years ago.

comment In any of James's passages, does he agree to the law being cursed and abrogated?
No, James is pointing out to people who think they have been 'pretty good' at keeping the law, that unless they have kept every single part of it (which nobody has) then they are still lawbreakers and needing forgiveness.

comment Where is the Third Temple to be built?
Why do we think the passage is about the third temple and not the second? The commands to sacrifice animals, unnecessary following the sacrifice of Jesus, would tend to preclude the idea that this is a Christian temple.

comment Was Jesus present at the beginning of time.? Or when did the Trinity come into being?
This is pretty straightforward. According to the doctrine of the Trinity, God the Son is eternally a part of the Godhead, and has existed for ever. He was incarnate as Jesus of Nazareth around 4BC.

comment Why is the Vatican against “The son of God” movie?
The priest's article also contains that magic phrase so beloved of complainers: "We haven't seen the whole movie but..."

comment Why is the Vatican against “The son of God” movie?
I'm not sure if I'm ready to make this an answer, but the complaining priest seems say that the movie omits theological points which are important to Catholicism (and which Protestantism disagrees with). His main complaint is that the Mass is not given sufficient emphasis in the Last Supper scene. The priest doesn't say (or imply) that his complaints represent the Official Vatican view.

comment What does the bible say about people who see dead people on earth?
It's probably important to ask if this is something that happens to her, beyond her control, or if it is something she actively does - i.e. 'call up' these people.

comment What are the biblical basis for membership in the church today?
Thank you for your understanding. I like to make a point of acknowledging when I'm wrong, as it's easy not to do that on the Internet.
