comment How is Christian worship different than Christian religion?
@Flimzy thank you :) but then it's rather possible etymology, not definition. Other two (from same source): religare (bind) - "bond between humans and gods", religiens (careful) - "assiduity" or "awe" or "duty".

@Flimzy this religion definition sounds (when I read it) like a formal definition, is there some reference?

comment What's so great about the Canticle of the Sun?
@MarcGravell to be clear, I think that there is simply no reason to mention about paganism or vedism while talking about Saint Francisc. I think it's offtopic and may put someone in a wrong direction. Sorry, no offense.

comment What's so great about the Canticle of the Sun?
@MarcGravell can we agree that most of renewable energy enthusiasts, mad about water and wind and sun and geothermal heat are at some point more pagan elementally then a Saint Francisc's Praise of the Creatures? or at least more pagan then Psalm 148 of David?

@MarcGravell I wouldn't mention Satyavidya's UFO, astrology, Vedic Origins of Islam: "Muhammad like Christ was a Yogi" (and he got lot of this), if his arguments could have some sense (except of humor)...

@MarcGravell I wouldn't be so happy about sharing opinion with this guy Satyavidya, even on the point of Aliens and UFO. His views are too paranormal...

@MarcGravell can you please define elemental paganism and it's time/place in human history? Thanks.

comment God created male and female… What about those who do not fit in the box?
@Richard and the Psalms show us we all created as well: "For You created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother’s womb." Psalm 139:13, "My frame was not hidden from You when I was made in the secret place" Psalm 139:15
