If the Bible has been changed over the years, can we still trust it? It does get tiring; that doesn't change my belief. |

If the Bible has been changed over the years, can we still trust it? If it's changed over time, it still all falls apart, IMO. If we cannot believe that the Word of God that we use today is the same as the one from 2000 years ago, how can we know it's true?? IMO, textual inerrancy is everything. |

If the Bible has been changed over the years, can we still trust it? Abraham based his faith on the God who spoke to him. Unless this is much more common than I'm aware of, we don't often have that luxury today. If we cannot trust in textual inerrancy, how do we even know that God spoke to Abraham?? What's to say that happened at all?? You see, if we cannot trust one part of the document to be true, how can we trust any of it?? The fact remains that either you believe all scripture is God-breathed, or not. If not, then how is the Bible worth anything at all?? |

Where did the idea of the Trinity come from? Very nice answer. |

If the Bible has been changed over the years, can we still trust it? Interesting point, but I disagree. If we cannot trust in textual inerrancy, what then can we base our faith on?? |

Is there a connection between 666 and Solomon? This question is based (from what I can tell) entirely off of a coincidence, with too much being read into a number popping up. It seems a near impossibility of any answer but mindless speculation, since there is nothing else in scripture linking Solomon to Satanic symbols (that I can find in 30 minutes; if you can find something, then I retract this assertion). I request that this question be closed. |

Are Paul's letters to be taken as God's word? 2. By saying I believe in inerrancy, I'm stating that I believe that the Bible is the sovereign Word of God. Hence, I would agree with its sufficiency and perfection, but I also believe that God would not choose to have something included in His word that He found incorrect. |

Are Paul's letters to be taken as God's word? 1. With regard to faith in the Canon, I'm not putting my faith in men, rather, I'm putting my faith in the God who chose to have those epistles included in His word. If He chose to have that included in his word, then I believe there is a reason for it. If we can't agree on God's word being designed by God, then again there is no basis for the Christian faith. Christianity is totally based on His word. Also, just a reminder that ALL of the Bible is supposed to have been written by men. |

Are Paul's letters to be taken as God's word? @AffableGeek: I disagree with all three of those points. :) |
