comment Was Bible Revealed to Jesus? (Christian Perspective)
I think the answer to my question is, "It was not revealed to Jesus". Someone else wrote it after Jesus Christ death is another story. Even if it is considered divine scripture, it still was not revealed to Jesus. That's what my question is.

comment Was Bible Revealed to Jesus? (Christian Perspective)
So Bible is Divine book but it did not exist at the time of Jesus and Jesus has nothing to do with it. It was only written after jesus death by other people through divine inspiration. If you can clarify that part, it is good enough for me. This would mean by Islamic standard this is not really a divine book and in fact proves my point that Bible did not exists at the time of Jesus. In otherwise, if I ask Jesus, what does this verse mean in the Bible. He would answer, "what Bible"?

comment Christian view of why there are so many similarities between Quran and Bible?
@AffableGeek there is no doubt Islam uses Christianity and Judaism to prove itself. I know that already. What I really wanted to know, who the knowledge of Bible go to Muhammad. I thought christian would have already established that chain because they consider him a false prophet.

@H3br3wHamm3r81 your comments is basically a good speculation. By detail answer, I meant, they have sources that proves it was was indeed the case. Anyways not into arguments.

@H3br3wHamm3r81 I did not get a detail answer here, which I was hoping for. I do not think he was completely illiterate. This is what Muslims are told. I am sure he could read quran and even write. But he likely learned most of other religions by traveling and from his wife cousin. Although there is no direct proof of it. Anyways I thought christian would have a better perspective on this.

Quran 11:42 And it sailed with them through waves like mountains. Quran definitely talks about huge ways. Who said it was local flood? Muslim also believe the whole world was destroyed in Noah flood. He collected different cattles and species in that ship just like the bible says. We really consider Noah as second Adam.

@MarcGravell the reality is the flood is considered global in Islam (Muslims perhaps tried to reformed it but not really). Quran 11:44 The Ark rested on Mount Judi, it can only sit on the mount if it was a global flood. So this is exact copy of Bible. No alteration in this case.

But I would like to know some solid reasoning. Speculation is one thing that anyone can make.
