___In regards to Linux use. I'm pretty much only a user of Ubuntu and its derivatives (Elementary OS being my primary use case) I'm not at all an advanced user and am only on my first few chapters of a beginners programming book. So most answers I give won't be particularly technical unless I'm able to find tutorials or other kinds of information when searching for the answer.

___I like to think of my self as a mix of average user in always wanting my software to be aesthetically pleasing, but more power user in how i tend to "stress" a system. A programmer's and developer's worst case scenario I think. :-)
