comment Is the God of Christianity a just God?
Not all Christians believe that. Many Christians--myself included--believe that belief in a god is in fact incompatible with Christianity. You should make sure to explain that your answer is given from a specific Christian perspective (an overwhelming majority perspective, no doubt, but definitely a universal one) and does not claim to speak for all of Christianity.

comment Why does God resort to genocide and destruction?
Your question assumes a literalist point of view, which is the position of only a minority of Christians worldwide.

comment Can an atheist go to heaven?
As I explained in response to Cryst's answer, this is a primarily Western Protestant perspective that does not represent the view held by the majority of Christians worldwide. It's not necessarily wrong or illegitimate, but it should in no way be presented as the definited, universal, singular "Christian" answer.

Byzantine Orthodoxy is not "mainstream Christianity"? Because Byzantine Orthodoxy certainly holds that it is possible for atheists to get into heaven.

comment Is Hell eternal, or do some/all escape it?
This, as I explain below, is not the position held by the majority of Christians. That doesn't mean it's wrong, that doesn't mean it's illegitimate, but it does mean that it needs to be considered in context. The Western Protestant view of Hell is a minority position in world Christianity.
