Premillennialism is the eschatalogical belief that Christ's Second Coming will precede the millenium described in Revelation 20. Within it are several views of when the rapture will take place:
- Post-tribulation rapture (or "Historic"/"Classical" Premillennialism)
- Pre-tribulation rapture (most commonly associated with dispensationalism)
- Mid-tribulation rapture (most commonly associated with dispensationalism)
