My limited knowledge of Bible, Adam & Eve were the common ancestor for all human. Who were the ancestors for different kinds of animals? What about animals who grow asexually (example amoeba, many fungi and bacterial species)?

According to Genesis, they were simply spoken into existence by God, in the same Adam was. This is literally the first page of the first book of the Bible. There is nothing more to add, but I would encourage you to read it yourself!
