There are either too many possible answers, or good answers would be too long for this format. Please add details to narrow the answer set or to isolate an issue that can be answered in a few paragraphs. If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question.

Hi and welcome to Christianity.SE, this question is rather broad. There are many possible answers to this. Could you narrow it down to what a specific group of Christians might say? Or perhaps a specific point along this line? The reason that we ask for this is again that there isn't one single answer. – wax eagle Jan 20 '14 at 4:20
The correct question is, what is man's purpose for creating God. – FFCoder Jan 20 '14 at 4:52
@waxeagle Is it a requirement that there be only one answer, or can a question solicit answers from any point of view (for the sake of comparison)? – mojo Jan 21 '14 at 6:53
@mojo we strongly prefer that questions not solicit opinions from all views as this simply leads to a voting contest between popular views. You wouldn't ask a question on Stack Overflow without knowing the language you're going to implement it in. – wax eagle Jan 21 '14 at 11:25
To waxeagle: I would like to know a scriptural answer to the question. – Mark Hurley Jan 21 '14 at 17:28
