I have read this Mathew 27

The Death of Jesus

45 From noon until three in the afternoon darkness came over all the land.
46 About three in the afternoon Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “Eli, Eli,[c] lema sabachthani?” (which means “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”).[d]

47 When some of those standing there heard this, they said, “He’s calling Elijah.”

48 Immediately one of them ran and got a sponge. He filled it with wine vinegar, put it on a staff, and offered it to Jesus to drink.
49 The rest said, “Now leave him alone. Let’s see if Elijah comes to save him.”

50 And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit.

51 At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split
52 and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life.
53 They came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and[e] went into the holy city and appeared to many people.

54 When the centurion and those with him who were guarding Jesus saw the earthquake and all that had happened, they were terrified, and exclaimed, “Surely he was the Son of God!”

55 Many women were there, watching from a distance. They had followed Jesus from Galilee to care for his needs.
56 Among them were Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James and Joseph,[f] and the mother of Zebedee’s sons.

The Burial of Jesus

57 As evening approached, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who had himself become a disciple of Jesus. 58 Going to Pilate, he asked for Jesus’ body, and Pilate ordered that it be given to him. 59 Joseph took the body, wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, 60 and placed it in his own new tomb that he had cut out of the rock. He rolled a big stone in front of the entrance to the tomb and went away. 61 Mary Magdalene and the other Mary were sitting there opposite the tomb.

So after all this, if Jesus was dead then who were those verses revealed to? Of course, not to Jesus, because he is dead.

I see that those verses are revealed to another person instead of Jesus. Who was the talker here?

EDIT

This is in the bible. So we are reading the book, which men who wrote it? I mean, it's not really a revelation to Jesus. Its just a story that Mathew describes, not a words from God. the bible must be the words of God not the words of Mathew.

What do you mean by "lines"? I am having a hard time figuring out what your question is about. – Caleb Jan 15 at 11:12
Changing the question after it's been posed isn't typically good question asking etiquette, unless something was unclear from the start. Your original question bears no relevance to the statement under the "EDIT" heading. I'm voting to close this because it's not really answerable as the question is a moving target. – David Morton Jan 15 at 18:19
I edited to hopefully clean up the grammar and clarify the meaning, but I didn't want to remove what he was actually asking. I think David Morton answered the question perfectly. – MaskedPlant Jan 15 at 20:28

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. For help clarifying this question so that it can be reopened, see the FAQ.

Jesus didn't write the Gospels, the Gospels were written by Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. This particular Gospel was written by Matthew, hence why he was still able to write about Jesus death after Jesus died.

God inspired the men who wrote the Bible to write the Bible. It is the words of God, through the words of men. 2 Timothy 3:16 - "All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness." The Bible is the word of God, but God used people to write the words down. It's more of a revelation about Jesus than a revelation to Jesus. The Bible reveals Jesus Himself. – David Morton Jan 15 at 13:31
if you say god inspired the men to write the bible , then is god inspired also 4 men to write different things ,all 4 men who wrote they wrote different things and contradicts between eachother . is this from god? and also there was things which they didnt see even jesus? – gosto Jan 15 at 16:08

I believe we're getting into another question, which you're hinting at in your assumption that the Gospels contradict each other. I'd encourage you to start a new question asking a specific question about a specific contradiction that you find in the Bible. Not all people share your belief that the writers contradict each other in material ways. – David Morton Jan 15 at 17:12
@doozidoo Why so much doudbting about Bible as word of God.That way other major religious leaders did not even know either to read or write. At least Jesus was very fluent in reading/writing scripture yet He in His own wisdom thought it fit that his followers write it after his death. There are other religious scriptures which were purpotedly dictated by their religious leader and they were written on camel skin, leaves etc. etc by his followers that too in different dialects, which were later complied into a sigle book over a period of several years under three different authorities. – jayyeshu Jan 16 at 3:17

It is true that not everything written down in the Gospels was actually observed by the writers, although most of it was. We should wonder, then, how people could write about things they did not see.

The Bible refers to itself as being "God-breathed" and indicates that men were moved by the Holy Spirit to write. This is the answer to that question. They say many things, but the Holy Spirit revealed things to them that they did not see to reveal them to us as well.

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3:16 ESV

For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. 2 Peter 1:21 ESV

its different between the god inspired men to write it and the god down his scripture to men. i said jesus was buried, then the scripture which talks about mathiew 27 it was revealed to men? if so then those men are also prophets – gosto Jan 15 at 16:10

The Central tenet of Christianity is that Jesus died, was buried, and rose again. In other words, he was dead, and then he wasn't dead. After he came from the grave, he was able to tell people things. Additionally, as God, he knew all things that were happening. As such, it is not at all a stretch that he would know what, say, Joseph of Arimethea was doing.

And, furthermore, the Gospels were written by his disciples. Those who hold to "inspiration of Scripture" say that the Holy Spirit (who is also God) prompted the writers in what to say. Even absent that, the disciples were human beings who asked people questions like, "So, what were you doing when Jesus was in the grave?" They wrote what they heard.

i understand from you that when jesus was buried then the scriptures continous to reveals to his disciples , it means they also prophets, because god down bible to them. (not to jesus).and if you read the bible you see clearly that its not god who talk. like that 50 And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit. its not god who say this koz god should say`50 and when my son ...` , and its not jesus when he woke up , koz if its he it will be 50 and when i cried ..., so those writings are from men not from god. – gosto Jan 15 at 16:16
if from god , they shouldnt talk from their mouth. – gosto Jan 15 at 16:17
