Unsure if this is an unanswerable question or a more philosophical one, but do you think God just made the earth/man and all its intricacies or do you think God thought before creating everything? Because I'm thinking about gravity and all those laws of physics and how everything just works together so perfectly. We're just the right distance from the sun. It's just amazing.

This question brings up a lot of other questions like does God have to think, the same way a human would think. Or does omniscience prevent the need/ability to think the way humans think? –  styfle Jan 4 '13 at 3:57

While I share your sentiment, all we know is that God spoke. To imagine God thinking is hard - I imagine Isaiah 55:8-9 says it best - Gods thoughts are so much higher than our thoughts, that I suspect it just wouldn't make sense to us. –  Affable Geek Jan 4 '13 at 5:16

This would be fun to discuss in chat, perhaps, but it's outside the realm of objectively answerable, and not constructive per site guidelines. –  David Stratton Jan 4 '13 at 6:03

@DavidStratton Thanks for the heads up. Can I relocate this to chat? –  Christopher Chipps Jan 4 '13 at 6:06

I think you need to just copy/paste. I don't think there is a way to migrate it... –  David Stratton Jan 4 '13 at 6:15
